Strategic Family Conflict,
Divorce & Inheritance Counsel
I have over 24 years of experience in litigation (in family courts and the Rabbinical Court) and in managing complex family disputes – property cases, wills, inheritances, estates and emotional and sometimes highly intense family struggles.
Over the years, I have accompanied hundreds of clients in sensitive cases, while building smart legal strategies, based on human depth, emotion and a broad systemic perspective.
My “belief” is that not every conflict can be resolved, some require deciphering. There are conflicts in which you can simply find out who is right according to the law – is there a contract? Is there a breach? Go to court and decide. But there are other conflicts – mainly in family disputes – in which there is no clear “one right person”. Such conflicts are based on buried emotions, dual loyalties, hidden intentions, revenge, conflicting narratives – and not on simple facts.
For example, a brother and a sister who are arguing over an apartment they inherited. The question is not just “whose apartment is it” – but who feels deprived since childhood and still “carries” the feeling of deprivation with them.
And why is the interpretation required? Because in such situations, the legal solution alone does not provide a complete answer. We need to decipher what the real motivation of the parties is? What is the psychological conflict beneath the surface? What will lead to a solution – and what will only exacerbate the crisis?
Experience
The legal and academic training I have acquired over the years gives me a unique professional advantage:
I have a Bachelor of Laws degree and have been licensed to practice law since 2001, and alongside my legal education, I have acquired extensive knowledge in social sciences, forensic psychology, criminal profiling, and criminology – a combination that allows me to understand not only the law, but also the person and their psychological motivations in the process.
This multidisciplinary combination allows me to identify motives, locate contradictions, reveal patterns of action, analyze a move before it occurs, build a personally structured strategy, and provide the right response that is not only found in the laws but is born at the meeting point between the law, emotion, and the person.
Not every client needs this, but if you have a lot to lose – you will need an attorney who sees the whole picture and also reads what is not written.
